Non professional staff pradeep. Bed was making noise even if you move your hand while sleeping. Bedspread and pillow was full of cigarette smell. Whole night there was noise every 30min from mostly ups. Wifi was worst did not work 80% times. And i couldn’t work for 4hours because staff told he did on turn on the power back up(after knowing it was monthly power cut day) and gave lame reason that power will be back after 3hours. Food is available but expensive.

Had a great stay at Mountain Trails. The ambience was lovely, and the service was excellent. Pradeep was very helpful, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Services and food was good. Maintainance also good. I chosen this resort because of surrounding views was awful.

The property is beautiful with tea garden hills view and well maintained asthetics. The staff was humble and helping. Rooms were larger in size with prety asthetics. Will remember the stay for long.

Area and infrastructure was good but poor maintenance, need to improve it. It not a pool villa, only common pool was there.

it was a great stay, the property is beautiful just like the pictures, peaceful. staff is friendly especially Pradeep and the lady who supervises. the rooms were clean well kept. Food options are limited breakfast was good though limited options as well. Overall had a great time. indeed a true pet friendly place.

It was a great stay, View from the property is mesmerizingly awesome. lunch-Food is not up to mark , the complementary Breakfast food was good. And big Thanks to Manish(Mani) in house service team member who helped us many things like mid night food arrangement, sitting late night in the dine in the area , his behavior was so polite and akind Heart with smile all time on his face. Thank you Mountain Trails Team.

Awesome experience Pro's 1) Good ambience around all the places in the property. 2) Quality food served with above affordable price but taste is very nice. 3) Amenities are well furnished and placed in apt location. 4) Services are very good especially Pradeep the front end supervisor. 5) Shared space lighting and furniture well placed to enjoy the nature's view and it is very nice to capture photos. 6) Complimentary breakfast is also very nice which gives good satisfaction in both quality and quantity with tasty foods. 7) Last but not least the view from room is extremely awesome 😍... Con's 1) Food prices are higher than average affordable price 2) Camp fire is to be paid separately is not affordable better include such cost in package cost or based on stay collect from all the stayers on the day which may enjoyed by all stayers with reasonable price.
